Collaborative efforts for sustainable management of natural resources in IMT-GT, such as forests, water, and wildlife
Promote cooperation in managing and restoring adjacent ecosystems, such as water sources,
breeding grounds, and animal migration routes
Recent Progress
All three countries have presented new environmental initiatives to be implemented under IB 2022-2026, along with the development of environmental projects in collaboration with development partners such as India and UN-ESCAP in creating pilot area projects and playing a key role in driving the BCG model implementation in pilot Green Cities.
